The Gower contains many worldwide attractions such as Mumbles – the Victorian seaside resort, often referred to as ‘the Gateway to Gower’… It has much to offer with it’s pier, shops, restaurants, beaches, Italian ice-cream parlours and its 5 mile long promenade!
Just a few miles away from our accommodation in Caswell, Gower is Swansea – Wales’ City by the sea!
Swansea is home to premier shopping facilities, the modern Wind Street with it’s bars and restaurants, the National Waterfront Museum in Swansea Marina, beautiful parks and gardens and local produce in Swansea’s indoor market (the largest in Wales) where you can find Welsh cakes, cockles, laverbread and fresh Gower fruit and vegetables.
